Puppy Adoption
Q: How do I apply to adopt a puppy?
A: Start by filling out our puppy application form on our website. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the selection and adoption process.
Q: What comes with my puppy?
A: Each puppy comes with AKC registration (if applicable), age-appropriate vaccinations, a health certificate, a starter puppy pack, and lifetime breeder support.
Q: Do you offer a health guarantee?
A: Yes! All of our puppies come with a comprehensive health guarantee to ensure they are in top condition when they join your family.
Q: Can I visit my puppy before pick-up?
A: Absolutely! Approved buyers can schedule an in-person or virtual visit to see their puppy and ask any questions.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers, Zelle, CashApp, and credit/debit card payments. Full payment is required before pick-up or delivery.
Puppy Travel & Pick-Up
Q: Do you offer shipping or delivery services?
A: Yes! We offer nationwide delivery via flight nanny, ground transport, or local pick-up. If your puppy requires long-distance travel (flights, trains, or drives over 325 miles), arrangements must be confirmed at least 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
Q: What pick-up options do you offer?
A: You can choose from the following:

In-Person Pick-Up: Schedule a pick-up appointment at our location.

Flight Nanny Service: Your puppy will fly safely in the cabin with a trusted flight nanny and be hand-delivered at your nearest airport.

Ground Transport: We coordinate safe, long-distance ground delivery directly to your home.
Q: What do I need to bring when picking up my puppy?
A: To ensure a smooth and comfortable transition, please bring:

Q: Do you provide puppy pick-up kits?
A: Yes! We offer Puppy Pick-Up Kits on our website, which include essential travel items, comfort accessories, and must-haves for your new Frenchie. Check out our shop for available kits.
Q: What if I need to change my travel plans?
A: Any changes to your scheduled pick-up or delivery must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Contact us at SUPPORT@KeysKennelz.com to discuss rescheduling or alternate arrangements.

Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?
A: No. Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final. We take every measure to ensure our puppies are healthy, well-socialized, and ready for their new homes. Once a puppy leaves our care, the responsibility of their well-being falls on the new owner.
Q: What if I can no longer care for my puppy?
A: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we are committed to responsible pet ownership. If you can no longer care for your puppy, please reach out to us at SUPPORT@KeysKennelz.com, and we will help guide you through responsible rehoming options.
Q: Do you provide any post-adoption support?
A: Yes! We offer lifetime breeder support to assist you in caring for your new puppy. Whether you need guidance on training, health concerns, or nutrition, we are just an email away.
Q: What health guarantees do you provide?
A: All of our puppies come with a comprehensive health guarantee, ensuring they are in good health at the time of adoption. They are vet-checked, up-to-date on vaccinations, and dewormed before leaving for their new homes. Full details of our health guarantee can be found in your puppy contract.
Q: What happens if my puppy develops a health issue?

A: Our Elite Membership is by application only. Approved members gain access to exclusive breeding collaborations, stud services, and breeder resources. Apply on our website!
