  • At Keys Kennelz, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition for both you and your new puppy. Whether you’re picking up your puppy in person or arranging long-range travel, please review our policy to ensure a seamless experience.

    Pickup & Travel Arrangements

    ✔️ Clients must select a puppy pick-up option at the time of adoption.
    ✔️ If Keys Kennelz is arranging long-range travel—including flights, trains, or drives exceeding 325 miles—this must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup date.
    ✔️ All travel arrangements will be made with the puppy’s safety and well-being as the top priority.

    Required Items for Pick-Up

    To ensure your puppy’s comfort and safety during travel, please come prepared with the following essentials:
    1. Secure pet carrier (airline-approved for flights)
    2.Travel water bowl & bottled water
    3. Extra puppy pads for accidents on the way home
    4. Pet-safe cleaning wipes for quick clean-ups
    5. Comfort item (blanket or toy with familiar scent)
    6. Leash & harness for safe potty breaks
