Meet the Co-Owners of Keys Kennelz:

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Nadja and Gerron share a lifelong love for animals and an entrepreneurial spirit that’s been nurtured since childhood. Both of us grew up surrounded by pets, learning firsthand the joys and responsibilities that come with caring for animals. From playful pups to curious kittens, our homes were always filled with furry friends that became family.

As passionate pet owners and seasoned entrepreneurs, we knew that our strong connection to animals and our business acumen would set the foundation for something special. With a shared vision to create a safe, comfortable, and trustworthy environment for pets, Keys Kennelz was born.

Our journey in entrepreneurship has been fueled by a desire to combine our professional skills with our love for animals, and we’re dedicated to making sure every pet we care for feels like a part of our family. Whether it's dog boarding, grooming, or just a friendly paw shake, we approach every aspect of our business with the same care, compassion, and commitment that we would give to our own pets.

Nadja ( Bo) Pierce

As a lifelong Baltimore native, I’ve always had a deep love for animals and a natural connection with pets of all kinds. Growing up, my home was filled with furry companions who taught me the value of care, responsibility, and unconditional love. From a young age, I knew I wanted to turn my passion for animals into something meaningful.

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to help others, I pursued various ventures throughout my life, honing my business skills. When the opportunity arose to combine my love for animals with my entrepreneurial background, Keys Kennelz was born. As a co-owner, I’m passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment where pets feel like part of the family.

When I'm not caring for our four-legged friends, I enjoy spending time with my own pets, exploring new local spots in Baltimore, and continuously learning about animal care. My goal is to ensure that every pet and their owner experiences the highest level of trust and comfort with us at Keys Kennelz.

Gerron (G Keys) Hill

Raised in Baltimore, MD, I’ve always had a strong connection to animals and an entrepreneurial drive that has shaped my life. Growing up surrounded by pets, I learned early on the importance of responsibility, empathy, and the joy that animals bring into our lives. From caring for dogs to looking after other pets, my childhood experiences laid the foundation for my future in pet care.

I’ve always had a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and it’s this drive that led me to pursue various business opportunities throughout my career. Together, we’re dedicated to offering exceptional services to pets and their families.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my own pets, staying active, and exploring all that Baltimore has to offer. At Keys Kennelz, my focus is on building lasting relationships with clients and providing the best possible care for every pet that walks through our doors.
